Event description:

Many industry sectors lack system thinking, a holistic approach to sustainability transformation; education is no exception. We are witnessing progress in all four pillars of the Greening Education Framework; however, professionals related to these pillars primarily work in silos instead of collaborating and partnering. This lack of working together creates barriers and opportunities.

In this panel discussion, we’ll bring together policymakers, educators, education leadership, green-building experts, and students to give them a platform to hear each other out.  This panel will brainstorm pathways for bringing a whole school approach and discuss how the education sector can accelerate the greening economy.
